[(-14)+(-3)+(-3)+2+3]/5 = (-15)/5 = -3

Mean = -3



Now let's put these numbers in order, from lowest to highest - then pick out the middle value...

-14, -3, [-3], 2, 3

The median turns out to be -3.



Let's look at the numbers once again...

-14, -3, -3, 2, 3

It turns out that -3 appears the most, therefore -3 is the mode too.
