You play darts with a friend. the board has several concentric circles (same center). the central part of the board is called the bull’s eye and it is a circle with a 1-inch radius. just outside of that is the “inner ring”: it is the region inside a circle with a 3-inch radius and outside of the bull’s eye. how much harder is it to hit the bull’s eye than the inner ring?
