Can someone me for question 9? pls i really need to how i can solve this

First You must Visualize the Quadrants and understand their relationship with the Origin( aka the center of the graph).

Then once understanding that the integer values go negative past 0, you are able to find that in

quadrants 1 and 4 X>0.

Then in quadrants 3and 4 y<0

They both have the quadrant 4 which fits the conditions so then quadrant 4 is the answer.

1 is I in Roman Numerals
4 is IV in Roman Numerals
