The  initial and terminal point of point A and B are:

                  A(6,-4) and B(3,1)

We are given vector w as:

               w<-3,5>

i.e. the vector w is expressed as:

                    w= -3i+5j

Now when the initial point is:

A(6,-4) i.e. A is : 6i-4j

and the terminal point is:  B(3,1) i.e. B=3i+j

Then the vector w is expressed as:

  3i+j-(6i-4j)= -3i+j+4j

                   = -3i+5j

i.e. the vector w is: <-3,5>
