Sarah, city of Albany employee, was injured by backing pothole truck. The truck was purchased by the city from Keefer Motors (KM) and converted by Susan's Truck Equipment Co. (STE) from generic truck, manufactured by ACME, into specific pothole repairing motor vehicle. The truck was unreasonably dangerous due to missing back-up alarm that could prevent the type of accident that caused Sarah’s injuries. Sarah is sueing ACME, KM and STE. ask the jury
