1. About two years ago, you moved in to your childhood home to take care of your widowed father. You have two brothers and one sister but they live a great distance from your father. They call him regularly and visit one or two times a year, but it was impossible for them to become
caregivers. Your father has never been in good shape. He is extremely overweight, has several conditions that require regular medication and is
getting unsteady on his feet as he ages. During the past two years, you have cooked meals, cleaned house, monitored medications, transported
your father to doctor appointments, and have even helped him out of bed, bathed him, and otherwise provided non-medical care. You also have
taken care of the large yard and garden on the land. Your father recently has told you how much he appreciates all the work you do for him and
how helpful you are and he would like to leave you the home and the surrounding acreage in a will that he plans to write. He even asks you to set
up an appointment with his lawyer to have the will written. Discuss what steps you would take to ensure that your brothers and sister cannot
successfully challenge this generous gift.
