Dr. Frankenstein is a spinal surgeon. While performing surgery on Penelope Darling, he accidently nicks Penelope's spinal cord. As a result, Penelope suffers a loss of mobility in her left leg. Penelope sues Dr.
Frankenstein for negligence.
