24. The police arrest Jack on a Brainerd city sidewalk because he matched the description of somebody wanted in a recent burglary. The police seized his cell phone, went through it, and found text messages he sent to friends bragging about the crime. At court, Jack's attorney argued that Jack's constitutional rights had been violated when the police went through his cell phone. Regardless, Jack is found guilty in trial court.
