To fight terrorism, anyone found guilty of a terrorist act will be punished by having his/her fingernails and toenails ripped off. 10. The Vice President quits over a scandal. The President nominates a new Vice President who is not supported by the public. However, she takes office after a confirmation vote of both the House of Representatives and the Senate.
