Why do we vote ? Why do some people not vote ?

We vote for the people who do the best and people who promise to do stuff that we want to happen, overall we vote for who is going to do the best for whatever position that they are going into election for. Some people don't vote because they are not interested in what they are saying or promising in their campaigns or just do not have the time/will to vote for that certain election.
