Hello, recently i started a free trial and hoped to continue to keep a subscription and get charged on my card to access the features on this website. Although due to the coronavirus pandemic and other personal issues, i found out that i could not afford the subscription. When i checked my card i found out that i got charged. I understand that this is entirely my fault, but is there anyway for me to get a refund on the subscription due to the fact that i simply cannot afford it anymore.
