NEED HELP ASAP
Based on what you know about how the U. S. Constitution sets up the government for the United States, what do you
think the founders had in mind when they wrote the phrase "...to form a more perfect Union..." in the preamble?
the idea that the states did not know enough about how to govern themselves or make important decisions
the need to create a strong central government to eliminate the power of individual states
the idea that a stronger central government would make it easier for the states to work together as one country
the idea that England was not a perfect government and they wanted to dissolve political bonds with that type of government
the need for the states to retain local power and not have to answer to a central government
