Any type of food, educational or affective restriction or any form of physical or psychological violence is considered a violation of the human rights of the child.

Explanation:

Violation of rights against children can be manifested in a number of ways that violate the Universal Declaration of the Rights of Children and Adolescents, signed by the United States at the United Nations.

According to this Declaration, every child should have the right to food, education, paternal care, among others, to have a dignified development. Thus, cases of violence and deprivation of nutrition, education and affection may be considered as violations of the human rights of the child.

Gender-Bases Violence is violence directed against a person because of that person's gender or violence that affects persons of a particular gender disproportionately.
