A. When the crime is a felony. misdemeanor are not serious enough ro require jury trail.

B. Always, this right is guaranteed in the constitution

C. When the defense lawyer asks for it. The judge grants this when the case is serious enough.

D. When the prosecution request It’s because they he or she thinks it will help the case?
