On 5th September 2018, Mr. Guava then offered to sell the apartment to Miss Cherry for RM150,000
with conditions that payment must be made by cash and at once. In accepting the offer, Miss Cherry
suggested to pay the price in three times installments for three months. Mr. Guava who in the need of
cash did not agree to her suggestion. On 9th September 2018, Miss Cherry told Mr. Guava that she
agreed to pay the price in a single payment as the original offer made by Mr. Guava.
