• While on patrol you are stopped by a citizen who points to a residence and advises you that a domestic altercation is occurring, at which time you hear screaming coming from inside the residence. As you approach the residence, through the open front door, you observe a male subject strike a female subject in the head with a beer bottle. The female then runs to the rear of the home. The male subject observes you on the front porch, sets the beer bottle on the floor, raises his hands in the air, and then just stands there.
