Primary six girls have a better result than boys in general. It is because the brain
development of girls is more mature than boys at this stage. So that more girls are
supposed entering the Brand 1 secondary schools than boys. To restore a balance,
some people suggest that we should reserve quotas for boys in the Brand 1
secondary schools. Can we use that difference to justify the differential treatment?
