Why might changes in the way people saw the universe change the questions they asked about the natural world?

New discoveries make us realize that there are more things that we don’t know about the world around us.  This is especially true when it new when we realize that what we believed in for so long was actually false.  This raises new questions on how we see things that we need look at it in a new light.

legislative branch:

one of the three branches of government divided between the senate and the house of representatives.

- creates or makes laws

- power to override a veto

executive branch:

one of the three branches of government, headed by the president.

- enforces or carries out laws

- power to veto a bill sent to it by congress

judicial branch:

one of the three branches of government, headed by the chief justice of the supreme court.

- interprets laws

- power to declare laws or actions by the government unconstitutional
