How is franco's fascism is difference from hitler and others

No mass extermination of “undesirables” as Hitler called them.

They were all dictators meaning that they believed that they will be in control of there nation and u could be easily lynched (killed, hanged to death). all these dictators had a different understanding and pretty much had the same goal which was "to make their country/nation better" when they saw that things were going too well they either got lynched or committed suicide like Hitler did.

Mussolini= Italy
Hitler= Germany
Stalin= Russia
Franco= Spain
Tojo= Japan
