How did the japanese speed up industrialization in their country? what were the drawbacks to this rapid industrialization?

What helped Japan speed up industrial production was a couple reasons. Japan is a very wealthy country ,so they obviously would have the funds to make anything of reason. Japans population is also a major reason japan is growing industrially, more people has a result of more things getting done. Also the most important reason is Japans education rate. I know everyone things Chinese or Japanese people are the smartest in the world. Well everyone is kinda correct, Japan has one of the best schools in all levels. The smarter the people, the more they are able to do. This is why of all the places, Japan has one of the best enhancements is technology and scientific discoveries. Now, what would cause a drawback, Japan's active occurrences of bad weather would be one. The amount of injuries taken would be one. insignificant resources  is my final con. Japan does have a lot of money and smart people but not a lot of resources.
