How did japan change politically after world war ii? answers?

After the surrender of the Empire of Japan the 2 of September of 1945, the Empire of Japan was dissolved, and Japan was occupied by the allies until April 28th, 1952.

During this period of occupation, Japan was changed to a democratic state. Absolute monarchy was abolished, and national sovereignty was instituted through a new Constitution.  

The main objective was to democratize politics with the abolition of the secret police in October 1945, the participation of women in politics in April 1946, and the Fundamental Law of Education of 1947.

though both had similar roots, they both took these similar bases & formed it into their own way. both the byzantine empire and ancient roman have similar aspects, but each one made it unique. both the byzantine empire and ancient romans had roman influences which affected their culture
