How are the fourteenth amendment and the civil rights act of 1964 similar science forums?

 The 14th Amendment granted citizenship to African Americans. This was supposed to give them access to everything that white Americans had. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 ended segregation and made it illegal to deny a jobs based on race, color, religion, sex, or nation or origin.  

In the midwest because it has more moderate climate than the north or south west which makes farming far easier.
