It seems to me that in this political cartoon we see a dragon pulling a cart that says made in China and in the cart, there are all these products. well as we can tell from this cartoon the artist is trying to say that with chinas impact on the world with how they manufacture almost everything, that their impact is great and is also is not so great. the reason for the dragon here is that the artist is portraying China to be this demon almost. either that or they are portraying China to be this great place with new innovations and inventions and other people are stealing their creations.
