What type of weapons did the harappan civilization fight with?

No harappan weapons have ever been found, actually. there was no true weapons like spears or swords, and no evidence of sacking or burning indus cities. the conclusion most historians have come to is that the harappan were a peace loving society that did not promote aggression nor war.
