Became the most powerful and brilliant voice of black self-determination in the 1960s and is remembered for his apparent shift to support the formation of coalitions with progressive whites.

Malcolm X  
While Malcolm X was in prison from 1946 to 1952 for larceny and breaking and entering, he joined the Nation of Islam (NOI) and became an extremely outspoken advocate black rights and self-determination. However, by March of 1964, he became disillusioned with NOI and expressed regrets about the time he spent with them. He then repudiated the Nation of Islam, disavowed racism and took a far more moderate line than he had previously while associated with NOI. On February 21, 1965, he was assassinated by three members of the Nation of Islam.

If he breaks the law then he had to resign from his post and so he'll lose his/her powers.
