Why did delegates think the articles of confederation needed to be replaced? (besides the states having too much power)

i'm not so sure but i hope this in anyway.

the president of russia is head of state, and of a multi-party system with executive power exercised by the government, headed by the prime minister, who is appointed by the president with the parliament's approval.

the lowest among the social higher rank were the working class. this class remained detached to the political progression   of the country and was hostile to the other two classes
