1.  Dajjal, the Anti-Christ or False Messiah will be seen spreading sin all over the world.

2. The people of Gog and Magog would appear and cause havoc.

3. The sun would start rising from the West, instead of the East.

4. A beast from the earth would appear.

5. The son of Mary, Jesus will return to the eart.

According to his sayings and teaching, there are several signs of when the day of judgement will be near. These are some of the major signs that Muslims believe will happen when the day is near.

explanation: we can only guess at how our actions may be perceived in the future. doing something really big like killing lots of people, saving lots of people, affecting the lives of lots of people is a sure fire way of being remembered in historical records. we can also make a difference in the history records by being a small influence on something bigger, whether that is as a civil servant, scientist or artist.

of course you could argue that we all affect history just as tiny cogs in a   bigger machine.
