Describe how the watergate events changed american views toward politics and politicians. in your view, how did these events change the press coverage of politicians?

Watergate made everyone very suspicious of all politicians, The scandal forced people to open their eyes to the big business of politics and the things that go on behind the scenes. Personally, I choose to stay out of the world of politics and it is somewhat related to the fact that Watergate opened the floodgates for the world to see the corruption that runs this country.
