The last Chinese dynasty in its history was the Qing Dynasty.

The Qing Dynasty, established in 1636, was the last imperial dynasty of China, which ruled over China between 1644 and 1912. It was preceded by the Ming Dynasty and succeeded by the Republic of China. The Qing multicultural empire lasted almost three centuries and formed the territorial base for the modern Chinese state.
