What were the major criticisms against the church during the protestant reformation?

Martin Luther's 95 theses were nailed onto the church door at Wittenberg Germany against Papal Indulgences. There were five-key points that the Protestant Reformation emphasized:The 5 Principles of Protestantism: 1. Only Christ (1 Timothy 2:5) 2. Only Faith (Romans 1:17)3. Only Grace (Ephesians 2:8-10) 4.
