Each year there are thousands of law suits filed in the various courts within this country. Most law suits are settled out of court through arbitration. The law suits are varied in time by the court calendar and whether the law suit requires a jury trial or is held solely on the judge's decision. Many appeals are filed after a case had been determined to render further justification of the decision.
