monarchy doesn’t have to have the hereditary element. there have been elective monarchies in the past where you choose your king-for-life and when he dies elect someone else for the job.

it might be to see if the person answering knows what they are talking about other than just saying, "its b hope this ! : )" because they could say it then get the wrong answer because they only answered for the points.
