Do you think laws banning the sale of violent video games to kids violate the u. s. constitution? why or why not ?

Sure, violent games can influence some kids, but taking away things that a child likes is like taking away their identity and what they like to do. Some might say, "Oh, they can find others," but it can't be assumed that whoever plays a violent game is going to become a killer. And why should the law ban enjoyment?
