I don't think it would be fair to hire someone just because they are your friend because then other people that could actually be more qualified miss out on the job.

I think that it would run faster but it wouldn't be as fair because it would more likely just benefit their political party.

If someone is not okay with the current president and they are working in the White House then yeah I guess.

1. When you hire employees for a job you need to make sure they have the qualifications necessary to fulfill their duties in the workplace. Hiring someone regardless of their qualifications just because he or she is a friend of yours is unprofessional and can ruin your reputation as a employer especially, if you are picking favorites. So, the answer has to be "no" you shouldn't pick someone regardless of their qualifications just because they are a friend.

2. In my opinion the government will not run better if all the officials are apart of the same political party. They're so many different people within a country so many different views, and so many different lifestyles. You want your government to be diverse with people who touch in those lifestyles so you can see a situation from all perspectives before making a decision that can effect a country. So again the answer has to be "no" the government will not run better if all officials are apart of the same party.

3. I will say it depends on the person they are replacing. The government can consist of evil people who are filled with greed and are only in it for their own gain, so if that is the case and that is the person that is being replace, they need to be replaced. If they're being replaced due to unfair reasons like their own political views then I would say that's unnecessary because a government needs to be diverse in order to touch all the lives that live in a country, so it honestly depends on the reasoning.
