I man Never contracted with the DMV and I travel from point A to point B without a license and registration and I don't give any government officials and State agenceys my enlaieanable Rights as a man of God and I want to fall a law suit against the agenceys for depriving me of my rights to travel without a license in the State of Maine and all 50 States should be aware of the land we live on and the District court is not getting it and it is our fundamental right not to contract with them unless I was for hire privete travel is a well known fact they kidnapped me and held me for random and towed my automobile and spent 29 hours in jail for traveling and I got arrested for traveling to my mother-in-law's funaral and spent the morning and missed my privete travel just because they said i was under saspencion and I Never had a license and dont register to have such documents i need to get help because the courts don't understand they are all for the state of Maine and I have paperwork that shows them i will only come in as a man and nothing else and do they have a claim for damiges to a man or woman who have a proper claim for damiges and they are not hearing anything i put on pepper pen and ink showing iam a man and i would like to meet my accuser sincerely yours David Alan from the Parsons family
