Passage 1: A good first step toward healthier eating habits is to limit your intake of
saturated fats. Although fats are an essential part of a healthy diet,
they must be eaten in small amounts. Dairy products such as butter,
whole milk, and cheese are all high in saturated fats. Dairy products
also have health benefits, though, so consuming them in moderation is
a great choice for many people.
Passage 2:
For a healthy diet, the way you cook your food is as important as the
type of food you eat. One great way to make your diet healthier is to
use grilling as an alternative to frying. Fried food has a high fat content
because it's cooked in a pool of grease. But grilling allows fat to drip
off the food – and makes it taste great.
