What was the War of 1812​

The war of 1812 was fought between the United States (and its allies) against Great Britain (with its colonies and allies).  It was fought so the United States could secure commercial rights, the trade restrictions, the desire to expand territory, and uphold national honor.  It lasted from 1812 to 1815.

the federal constitution of the united mexican states of 1824 was enacted on october 4 of 1824, after the overthrow of the mexican empire of agustin de iturbide. in the new constitution, the republic took the name of of united mexican states. it was replaced by the federal constitution of the united mexican states in 1857.
