Althugh i am not 100% sure i would say that the artest is trying to show how we now have newer tec and how information can get form one person to another. In the inage you can see this goddest or spirt holding a book and wire, thus showing how information transfors for one person to another. But again i dont have a lot of information to go off of, but this  is my best educated guess.
