Linh Lang đại vương là thần hiệu của Hoàng Lang, một hoàng tử thời Lý. Ngài được thờ ở đền Voi Phục, nay tọa lạc tại phường Ngọc Khánh quận Ba Đình, xưa thuộc làng Dịch Vọng, sau gọi là trại Thủ Lệ. Dân làng này được vua cấp ruộng, miễn sưu thuế, phu phen để chuyên lo hương khói, “giữ lệ”, thờ cúng ngài.
