Some of those countries are: The United States, Russia, France, China, United Kingdom, North Korea, Israel, Pakistan, and India. Considering past and present events, are nuclear weapons stabilizing or destabilizing?

Horizontally, they have spread slowly across countries, and the pace is not likely.  First in a multipolar world there are too many powers to permit any of them to draw.  The United States with a preponderence of nuclear weapons and as many  helped maintain peace between the great powers and have not led their few.

one of the main reasons was definitely slavery. back in 1861, republican abraham lincoln was elected and ended up being a major influence in the slavery business. slavery greatly affected the texas economy because back in 1845 during the annexation of texas, slaves became a big part of the texas population. many texans that were in favor of the secession influenced groups through party ties.
