Is the Three Gorges Dam worth the Environmental and Societal disaster? In other words, research the internet and find articles to see if the amount of CO2 saved by the building of the Three Gorges Dam is worth the damage to environment from building the dam and the societal damage of building the dam (displacing thousands of people for the reservoir). Was this ultimately ego project for China or was it a necessity?
