they worked to produce goods that were sold and traded which resulted in a boom in trade with the north as the north needed things the south had but it was the slaves making the things the south had.

so they can differentiate themselves from others as they saw themselves as the superior race. the star was basically a symbol that meant you are a less of a person than i am because of my race. the star was also degrading for those who had to wear it because they were aware of this and the nazis used the notion to make them feel less like a person.

traditional maasai people's lifestyle concentrates on their cattle which make up the primary source of food. amongst the maasai and several other african ethnic groups, the measure of a man's wealth is in terms of children and cattle. so the more the better.
