A. The growth in the number of immigrants in several countries is largely linked to the concept of globalization. Immigration is possible thanks to the decrease in the distance between countries, not in the geographical sense, but in the cultural, economic and social sense. Currently, due to globalization, countries have several connections with each other, which allows them to have agreements that allow citizens of other nationalities to immigrate to have access to better opportunities for education, work and social life. Without globalization, each country would be limited to its own opportunities and could not extend this to people of other nationalities.

New technologies are also a result of globalization. This is because globalization allows international cooperation to create technologies necessary for human life. In addition, globalization prevents this technology from being limited to a single country, and it can be exported to different regions around the planet.

B. A major positive effect that globalization has promoted in the USA has been the possibility of creating high-efficiency international trade agreements, which, in addition to benefiting the national economy, allows for a wide dissemination of American culture throughout the world. However, this also brought negative points, such as the high exploitation of labor, to account for commercial production which is very high. This exploitation of labor often allows labor rights to be infringed.
