How did nationalism and the independence of the Greeks, Serbs, Bulgarians, etc… create problems for the Ottoman rulers and their ability to maintain order/control over their lands? Why were Britain, France, and Russia interested in Ottoman ruled lands, and how did they interfere in the region?
