Why does reconstruction matter?

Reconstruction matter's, necuase it allows well reconstruction, not just thta but people reconstruct parks after a tornado or sme other natural disaster decides to take a walk to the park, and to keep their citizens happy. If citizens are happy the person (Like the president.) gets more money.

Which then allows for schools, more schools= more smart people= more jobs= more money= some to spend his or her own wealthe and some for schools and etc. (Money).

Reconstruction happens everyday by animals like ants and beetles,

but our race humans uses reconstruction when our things get destroyed and we want them back .
