Would you consider naca and nasa socially progressive instuitions? why or why not?

NASA and NACA are both socially progressive. They both look at ways to better serve humanity and better represent all persons in society, whether on land or in the skies. Both look for ways to have underrepresented populations have a voice in science and homeownership.
