What is referred to as "reverse discrimination" is discrimination that blacks extend toward whites giving minorities a preference that some whites feel discriminates against them slowing or reversing the civil rights gains of the 1960s reversing the policies of the reagan administration that discriminate against the poor and minorities reversing the policies that favor private business over the public secto?

Reverse discrimination is referred to as discriminating against members of a dominant or majority group (such as whites or males) which is usually a result of policies intended to correct previous discrimination against minority or disadvantaged groups. Hence the answer to this is:

“giving minorities a preference that some whites feel discriminates against them”

i would say the executive branch is because the executive branch is in charge of enforcing the laws and judicial branch is in charge of enforcing but the executive branch is most responsible for it all so i would have to say the executive branch.
