Why they name it progressive era? if they can just say the great depression because they are mostily talking about how people where depressed and fighting for constitutional rights.?

It was called the progressive era because many of the ideas that arose were considered very modern, educated, or progressive. 

Opposition to the nra came to a head in 1935, when the conservative supreme court declared the agency unconstitutional, claiming the nra gave the executive branch regulatory powers that belonged exclusively to congress. this decision began a series of court decisions that overturned key elements of the new deal.
