when railway road was introduced in the united state it changed the way of transportation and it connected people from the east to west.also the industries started transporting their goods through the railway road since it was fast and safe.for example it led to the growth of  the meat industry since there was large  delivery of the meat from the midwest which was delivered in the eastern cities of the united states.
