Do you think police brutality ( excessive use of force) is a problem in america?

No, i think that they are doing their jobs fine. Police officers cannot use excessive force when not required. It is against their guidelines. They might be using excessive force because they are feeling threatened or think they cannot handle the person safely. This may be one reason, but other people have different viewpoints on police brutality.
